TimeBridge
Making scheduling across dates and time zones easier.

01User problem
Booking a time with someone sounds simple until the details pile up: whose time zone a slot is shown in, what happens around a daylight-saving change, which days actually have availability, and whether the confirmation says what you think you booked.
02My role
UX analysis of the booking flow, workflow design and interface refinement — focused on simplifying confusing booking interactions.
03The booking flow
The prototype follows a guest in Tokyo booking a 15-minute introduction with a host in Bengaluru, in three steps.
Booking: available days are marked on the calendar, and each slot is listed in the guest’s time with the host’s time beside it. A note says how far apart the two are (“Arjun’s time is 3h 30m behind”), and times switch between 12- and 24-hour.
Details: name, email and an optional note, next to a summary that repeats the chosen slot in both time zones.
Confirmation: what, when (in both time zones), who and where, with Google Calendar and .ics options.
